NHL 08 Problem

EA Sports NHL question...

So I want to add CuJo to my roster, I'm about halfway through a Dynasty season. Cujo is a free agent. He refuses to join my team no matter how much I offer him. He says he wants more ice time and can't join a team with a full goaltending roster.

The bloody game won't let me trade, send down, or release Mcheinnly... so I'm stumped. Tried everything. Anyone been able to figure out a way to do this?

I know.. it's obscure, but very annoying... idiotic AI.

guess your screwed if no one will take on the goaltender you want to get rid of. Life as a fake GM isn't always easy.

no team will take him even if you try to give him away (i.e. don't ask for anything in return)?

I traded Krahn and a 3rd for Taratukin (from Detroit)...

I'm still not able to sign Joseph, but I haven't moved McElhinney down yet....

OT If the real Taratukin is half as good as virtual Taratukin, Flames missed out on a gem

bring a goalie up from Quad City, scratch McElhinney, and send him down to the Quad City. You have to have two goalies in Calgary at all times.
What I want to know is how to check the waiver wire. I see guys getting picked up on it all the time, that I would want, but can never find it.

You should just be able to go to the trade section, then scroll over to free agents.

Oh they don't show up seperatley? or are they a category within Free Agents?

hmmm, also i have a problem , whenever kipper is getting lit up in a game is there not a way to put in the back up goalie???

Go to edit lines and put in the back up

BTW, you can only edit lines to change your goalie when play is stopped.
