This isn't for me, but a woman where I work is applying for a scholarship for Capella University through their Inspire Action contest. She works with our Deaf and Hard of Hearing program here and the video brings awareness to issues that the Deaf community faces, so thought I would pass along the link.
The voting mechanism is worked into the youtube channel. The video is entitiled Changing the World of Education for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing Learners, and is in the Education section, if for some reason it isnt the video that is there by default.
And for those who don't just want to go and blindly vote, feel free to check out the video and learn about her idea and the challenges deaf and hard of hearing people face.
