The world is a crazy place, my friend. Actually, I meant no cell phones, the land line works, but my Internet is dialup. But seriously, I like this no hassle business on New Years. My girlfriend and I have been watching stuff on the TV...

I'm pretty pathetic. I decided it was too cold and windy to head out to a New Years party. I chose to stay home, watch the Flames game and geek out on Guitar Hero. I did manage to purchase tickets for both Flames @ Ducks games in February tonight, so that makes me happy. Five days until the Flames are finally in LA! I need to work on Flames @ Coyotes tickets now. I'll be spending my evening online searching for good seats.

My first New Years without touching a drop of liquor, pretty sad. Went to a party for a while and then slipped out the back door and came home. Waiting for the call from the G/F to go pick her up.
She had her party, I had mine.
