Help putting podcast on ipod

I know my way around the ipod pretty good, but having problems with these podcasts. There is a downloadable link on this website:

I'm trying to download Vol. I, by right clicking the link and saving it on my desktop. The file is around 30mb, so it tells me that something is there but I cannot play it either in winamp or iTunes. Ultimately, i'm just trying to get it on my ipod.

Any help would be appreciated

In iTunes, under Advanced, click on Subcribe To Podcast, and try entering the URL to the podcast in there.

Ok, sweet now i got it playing, but how do I move a stream to my ipod?

When you download the older podcasts are you able to get them to show up in the podcast area or just in your library as if it was a song?
