Devils Gm Mike Walsh announced this evening that he has acquired 36 year old winger Shaun Van Allen from the NYI in exchange for Marty Murray.
"we needed to add some more defensive experience to our forward lines, particularly the 3rd line." Shaun is a solid 74 rating on DF and hopefully he can step in a fill a hole we had on the right side...he will also see lots of time on the penalty killing unit."
