Default Unbelievable (Skill)

This is the second time this has happened. How can i possibly lose skill for this post:

http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showthr...57#post1117657

And comments like 'HOLY over-reaction batman!!!?!?!!' and/or 'spaz much?!' are worse and less constructive than my actual POST!

How can it be that (one of?) the people giving out skill are less mature than the people making the posts? My post was the only one on topic in the whole thread?! Maybe that is why it stood out?

I am admittetly passionate about my Flames talk, so what? I do not think that was at all over the top compared to the crap i sort through everyday on CP to find good posters!?

Just brutal... and that is after a month where i thought i had a number of very constructive posts none of which garnered any skill - just like last time this happened! I do not care at all about getting skill until i lose it for stuff like this.

I cannot believe that the skill system was implimented to crack down on posts like mine here. And i am guessing that the 'comments' section for moderators giving out skill is more for instruction on how to be a better poster and not as a random drive-by insult?!

I only post about this because it makes everything seem so micky mouse here at CP, and i know you guys try to be more professional than this?

If you don't like it, PM a moderator and you can appeal the post. If you don't feel it's fair we are always willing to look at the post, and the comments that were handed out. That is the right way to handle it, not making a long public post like this.
