Garcia: Pro Bowl this year?
He's near the league leaders in passer rating, and threw another two TD's today without any picks.
He doesn't have huge passing yards though.....
thoughts on whether he'll be a Pro Bowler this year?

3 QBs from each conference, right?
Romo and Farve are locks for the pro bowl from the NFC side. Kitna, McNabb, Hassleback, Garcia and Brees are going to compete for the final remaining spot. Eli has an outside (but not likely) shot.
I could see Kitna getting it, just because the Lions are the feel good story of the year, but it really depends on whose team makes the final push down the stretch. Pretty much every other QB has a 4-5 or a 5-4 team depending on the outcome of this weeks games.

The Lions WERE the feel-good story. Down the stretch, the Lions play in Minnesota, San Diego, Kansas City, Green Bay and host Dallas and Green Bay. It's not only possible but perhaps likely the Lions finish the year 0-8. If they manage to finish the year out .500 or better, Kitna would have had to play amazing football and could possibly deserve MVP consideration, let alone a Pro-Bowl nod.
Kitna is not having as good a year as he had last season. The Lions are winning so far, so not much noise is being made of that, yet.
If the Bucs make the playoffs, Garcia's got my vote. Along with Galloway, he's been an inspirational leader of that football team.

Actually the Lions have KC coming into their stadium...But on the flip side, the Chiefs seem to play as well or better on the road as they do at home.
It will really depend where the Bucs are come week 14 or when they make the selections. As mentioned earlier....Romo and Farve are locks. After those two it's going to be close for who finishes third. Given that Hasselback and Garcia are looking like they'll be backing division winners he has a chance. He certainly doesn't have the same talent around him in the skill positions that Hasselback, Brees, Manning or Kitna do.

Minni, KC, and SD are all possible wins given the way they have played.
I would give them a good shot at beating GB, I just dont see who they have played apart from the Giants, but I dont thing the Giants are that good.
The game agains GB is basically the Lions season. If they can win that they will very likely make the playoffs, if not then no.

Everyone they have played except Detroit?
Hard to fault a team because of a schedule.....IMO they are CLEARLY among the top 5 teams in the NFL.
And yes, right now, I would easily have Gracia in the pro-bowl along with Romo and #4

Play Detroit at Ford Stadium is a good test, if they lose that then they arent even close to their record. If they can beat the cowboys in Lambeau, they deserve their record. If the Cowboys win by 7+ they dont.

No idea what this means. How do they not deserve their record? Did they not win those games regardless of what happens against Dallas?
And that game is in texas not on the frozen tundra.

I agree. I was on the fence about the Packers for most of this season, but in the past couple weeks I've finally started to believe. Favre has excellent weapons at WR with Driver, Jennings, Jones and now Robinson, plus Grant's shown he can catch it out of the backfield too.
And on D, that secondary is solid(man I'd love to have Harris down in Nawlins with his buddy MM), that LB core is great(Hawk's gonna be a star in this league if he isnt already), and everyone already knows how solid that DL is with guys like Kampman and KGB. I'm honestly picking the Packers to win that game next week.
