Default So what's happening with the Jiminez's suspension?

http://www.cbc.ca/sports/sportsblog/...uspension.html

From reading this do I assume he's playing?

Brutal.

A lot of really good points made in this column

Reportedly took down Anthony Gargiulo down on the legs well behind the play on a low block - probably ended his career

So yeah I guess an arbitrator has "stayed" the suspension so he can play this weekend and most likely in the Grey Cup.

A total joke. What is the point of having suspensions of none of the hold up.

Why should I take the CFL seriously when this type of tom foolery happens all the time.

No big shock. The CFL has proven time and time again that it's willing to look the other way on just about anything if the Stamps are on the receiving end.

Injure our players! Throw your equipment at us! You'll never have to pay for it.

Well there are 2 owners in this league that basically trump anything and have been responsible for alot of problems....one is north of calgary and one is west of calgary...

I heard that the arbitrator in the AJ Gass hearing was an Edmonton Eskimo season ticket holder....that should tell you something.

This is one place that the CFL is bad. The suspension should stand and he should miss this weekends game.

I wish there was a video of the actual incident and if it is as bad as some has said then the suspension should be longer i.e. 8 games.

Yeah, this is just weak and spineless on the part of the CFL. If you suspend someone....the player should actually miss a game. I'm a Lions fan but even I admit that they have the dirtiest O-Line in the entire league.
