Another one goal loss. This team needs some changes.

I'm not commenting about this game against the Panthers.

Woof!
Wow nice suprise! The Yotes give Toskala his 1st days rest on the season and go with the heartstopping duo of Yann Danis and Freddy Brathwaite. Yann stepped up to the plate and delivered. To be fair the Sens did start
Nolan Schaefer, so this game should have been a shootout in Ottawa.

The Coyotes peppered 34 shots at the Sens goalie while only giving up 19.

Martin Rucinsky led the charge with 2 goals and 2 assists, Prospal had a gaol and 2 helpers, Langenbrunner, Handzus & Kubina all had 2 points apiece.

The night off did help Toskala, but he remains at 98 con rating so we may see the Danis/Brathwaite combo tomorrow VS the Nucks as well.

Game Stars 1 - Martin Rucinsky (COY)
2 - Vaclav Prospal (COY)
3 - Mats Sundin (COY)

Win one lose one for the Wild continues. Have to be impressed with backup Nik Backstrom though - only giving up 2 goals for his first loss. Nice to have a backup that can make saves.

Kipper stoned us in this one though - the team does appear to be turning things around. Small steps.

Sanford gets his first full win since Emery is still recovering. We just get Sami Salo back for this game and loose Mike "The Fro" Commodore to injury. Hopefully he heals up quickly. Phil "The Thrill" Continues his rookie of the year bid with another 2 point night

Leafs beat BJ's 8-2.

Well everything finally clicked for the Leafs, even the PP which went 2-4. Lundqvist was pretty good again despite being a little fatigued for this last couple starts. On the offensive side of things the Leafs threw a balanced attack at the Jackets and ended up scoring 8 times. A handful of different Leafs scored and Hejduk had a hat trick.

The only negative tonight is that Mike Fisher went down with the injury 5 minutes into the game. Early reports are that he should miss a week to two. Luckily Toronto plays 2 games in the next 4 days and then has off for a while. Fisher might only miss 2-3 games we hope.

I'm assuming that my lines didn't work? Vokoun ended up starting and we got outshot and beat 4-1 in Carolina.

Well all good things come to an end. Schaefer plays his second straight game and does not continue his good play.

But Fleury is 100 again.

Its a moot point really...but my email was sent at 12:36pm, and didn't come back. As long as all of my "normal" lines are making it then its not a big deal. (i.e. as long as I'm not doing anything wrong that needs to be rectified?)

Actually I did notice that in the spam filter folder there are a couple of your emails - not one from yesterday but from last week - so that might be the problem.

We'll try to remember to check the junk folder when setting lines. We may need you to set up a new yahoo account though.

There was also an email from San Jose in the spam folder.
