Cool Unique Things to do?
Movies, Bars...all boring.
What is there to do that's unique and interesting in town? I need to find something quick!
Thanks!

Trust me, the last thing you want is a 'unique' hooker.

Haha, wow. That was great.
Uh... there's nothing unique or cool to do in Calgary. We're essentially a Big City with Small Town entertainment.

Aussie Rules is pretty interesting (located over in Westbrook Mall), it isn't your typical bar and the pianos start up at about 9pm.
It is definitely best when consumed with alcohol.

Comedy club? Always a good time.
Casino? Even if you're not gamblers, some fun to be had if you approach it with a positive frame of mind. And if you're gamblers, well...
Go park near the airport and watch the planes fly overhead? Party time! Excellent! Doo doo, doo doo, doo doo, doo doo!
Board games? If you're gonna stay in...

It's a great outdoor field out by the Millerville racetrack. I think they also have an indoor place. What's more fun than shooting your friends.

Nectar desserts in Inglewood... open 'till midnight, all they serve is gourmet desserts and phenomenal dessert wines.
If you haven't been to the Zoo recently, go check that out. It's the one thing I tell everyone to do when they are visiting Calgary, it's really world class.
Check out what's playing at the Pumphouse Theaters... often it's crap, sometimes it's brilliant.
Ride the Luge at COP... or the bobsled.
And ask me sometime about when I was the greatest laser tag player in the world, it's really a great story.

Sky diving? I've never been, but I've had a couple friends do it and they had a blast.

What do other 'big cities' have that Calgary doesn't? I just ask because I seriously have no clue. What does Toronto have that Calgary doesn't?

Something unique to do......I'm tempted to say that this joke writes itself, but instead I shall write one!
Have you ever thought of bowling whilst riding a bicycle? You have. I see. How about a unicycle? Didnt think so. Try it. Its unique and I guarantee you cant do it in Toronto.
BTW: Props to troutman on getting hookers and blow in on the first post. Solid work troutman, keep it up.

Much more theatre, to name one. The Royal Alexandria, Pantages, and Princess of Wales theatres to name 3 big ones. Paramount Canada's Wonderland puts Calaway park to shame.
Calgary will get there. TO has been around for hundreds of years, Calgary has only existed for 120 and has only really been large enough to sustain major attractions for a few years. Now that the population exists, the attractions will follow.
