Default Old School Nintendo Games

Yeah, for the original NES system.

Has anyone seen games around town for sale? Any pawnshops, video game stores, thrift stores?

Just snagged a system off Ebay and need a few games.

Video Game Trader on Centre Street would be your best bet. Also, Tramps locations should have a few on hand.

You might find some at pawnshops. Saw a copy of Double Dragon II one day when I was browsing music stuff at Cash Converters.

What did I do?

Or...eBay. When I was feeling nostalgic, I easily found my favourites on eBay. Not cheap (with shipping), but easier than searching around the city yourself.

What? this is what a Wii is for. Just download them for $6-$8us(or $2cdn hehe)

This was one of the main reasons i pre-ordered the Wii. I didn't really know about the wiimote until after.

The turbographix library is awesome.

I might have some out packed away. I can look around this weekend. If I do, they're yours.

Check the Cash Converters on MacTrail & 94thAV... Everytime I pop in there they have a decent amount of NES games.

I actually just picked up Dragon Warrior I over at Revolution, along with Trojan, Super Mario 1 and Q-Bert.

A pit pricey but when you factor in the inflated shipping fees everyone on Ebay charges then it's not so bad.

Cool, I'll check them out. No luck at the Northmount/14th Cash Converters. But I did find a new hockey store, Grinders. I wonder if Mcarty is in on that, haha.

That's were I go to get my retro games fix. Not as great as having the actual games/consoles, but it is free.

Yeah, I like the wii games...but the old Nintendo games are almost better! First I started with the old Punchout game, and now I have "graduated" to Donkey Kong...one day I hope to be the King of Kong

Seriously, just get the Roms for your PC. You can save game states so games like dragonwarrior are great. No more having to go back to the castle to find the princess to save.
