I bought my 360 last week (friday) with Halo 3 aswell. I've only played once though as my job is owning me. I should be on during the weekend hopefully...

I'm getting 2K8 in a couple days as well... not sure if the EA or 2K version is better... I've never played hockey online, I wonder if there are hard-core online leagues to join... we should have a CalPuck 2K8 online league (unless everyone is playing EA)

Don't bother with 2K8. Play the demo, it's brutal. I think there is about 13 of us in the calpuck 08 league.

Cool... though I'm sure I'll be the target practise.

As for the hockey games... I've always been a 2k'er, not much love for the EA games. I think if you've grown up playing one version the other just isn't the same. 2K all the way!

how does the league work schedule wise?
Is there some time that everyone logs in to do the games or something?
