I know this has been touched on with Jeff Garcia before, but I found it interesting Flutie felt the same way. It's nice to see that these two guys' best memories are both from their days as members of the Calgary Stampeders. This says alot considering both have had successful, albeit short, NFL careers.

Still, it's his time in Canada that Flutie relishes most. He said leading Calgary on an 80-plus yard drive in nasty weather for the winning touchdown in a 23-22 victory over Edmonton in the '92 West Division final remains a career highlight, bigger than Flutie's heralded Hail Mary touchdown pass that earned Boston College an upset win over the Miami Hurricanes in '84.
"That drive is my fondest memory in football . because that led to my first championship (Calgary beat Winnipeg 24-10 in the last Grey Cup game played in Toronto) and that was much more memorable to me than throwing a pass in Miami.

"When people ask me what my greatest experience as a professional player has been, I have to be honest with them: My greatest achievement was winning a Grey Cup championship in Calgary, " Garcia said.
