I'm a girl and I know Eveline Charles looks like it's just for women but they obviously do men as well, anyways they are AMAZING. Mens haircut costs anywhere between $35-$75, if you're picky about money then I would go with a Junior Stylist.

That's outrageous for a men's haircut. Anything more than $15 is a rip-off. Why you ladies put up with prices like that is beyond me.

I get my haircut at Dario's The barber shop is located in the lower level of the Southcentre Mall across from Sportschek. The barber there that cuts my hair is Sam Flacks. Does a good job and a haircut is only $18.

Not the one in signal hill, but there's a little mall about 4 KM north of there with one and that's the one I went to.

Why we put up with prices like that?? Well go tell a girl you know to get her haircut for $25 then go get it cut for $70 (before tip what I do) and see the difference. It's amazing, I get compliments on my hair all the time, it's a huge difference between the two. The places that actually only take under $35 aren't professionals I could walk into one of those places and get hired on the spot without any school/experience. The girl who cuts my hair went to school after highschool and took cosmotology in highschool so basically she has 4 years of in-school training and nearly 8 years of experience in a salon. My experience with cheap hairstylists has been the exact same cut which is basically a trim no layers, no bangs, heck they don't even know how to razor your hair which is ridiculous. BUT if I was a guy I would NEVER pay more then $40...

When I was livin in Calgary, I alwasy went to a barbers that was located in Chinook Centre. I cant remember the name but it was up on the 2nd level down the left wing just before you hit Sears. Great place has that old school barber feel. Usually $15 for cut and would always leave a $5 tip.

Me too. Been going there for probably 8 years. If Sam isn't there I get Dean. No offense to any of the female Barbers there, but the two guys are head and shoulders better then them.

Obviously, I can't suggest a place to go to up in the Great White North, but you could always follow the "Drunk Skunk Hairstyling" format -

The best haircut I've gotten in the last 5 years I got at a place called Jam Salon on 6th St. between 6th Ave and 7th Ave. I think it's 6th street.

whats ridiculous is you expecting us to know what that means. im sure you arent talking about shaving your head, and thats where i run out of ideas.

Deoxyribonucleic Acid, for example... sounds impressive, right? But have you ever seen what happens if you put something in acid? It dissolves! If we had all this acid in our cells, we'd all dissolve! So much for the Theory of Evolution, Check MATE!

Works the same way for guys ... it's just that a lot of us men have lower standards for what our hair looks like than your average female. But once you go pro you'll never go back.

No I wasn't expecting you to know unless you're a girl who gets it done or a hair stylist. It's when they razor the tips of your hair and it doesn't give your hair a choppy look but your layers flow better. Basically it's thinning the tips so your layers look better.
