Want to start trying different kinds of food in Calgary (other than the regular chain restaurants).
Can anyone recommend any good greek restaurants in the city?

I've head good things about Santorini's and Mykonos, so just turning to the CP braintrust to see if that's justified.

My dad is a big greek food fan, and visits many quite often. He says his favourite is Paros. It is now located in Airdrie.

Though, a Google search reveals a "Paros on Fourth" in Calgary. Not sure if they are the same owners. I bet I know which one costs more.

Pegasus on 14th St and 11 Ave SW is good, as is Spiros.

I've been to a greek restaurant in airdrie ... it was freaking great. My buddy always recommends Pegasus to me but I keep forgetting to go.

I second that...authentic Greek food and a nice ambience with friendly service.

Mannie's on 17th Ave and 7th SW. Amazing greek food and pizza.
