Window Repair Company
Just curious if anyone has any recommendations on window repair companies??
I help run a small condo unit complex in Stanley Park and we need to get about 7 windows fixed that leak when it rains. They're split panel windows and the water gets in from above and then leaks down the top seam onto the lower base and moulding/hardwood floor.
I've had a company lined up to come and do it for over a month now and have gotten the run around. Trucks broken, cant find the windows, etc.
Basically all the have to do is to recaulk the mouldings and some of the siding panels, as well as fix the flashing above the windows. The estimate from them was for about $850.
