$50 - XM Roady XT Satellite Radio

Condition: used

XM Roady XT console/ vehicle kit manufactured by Delphi
purchased in April 2006 from Future Shop in Calgary

-Optimal reception in Calgary and Fort McMurray
-Great for field work at oilsands sites such as Shell Jackpine, Suncor, and Albian Sands- Clear signal on site
-Also gets good reception on the TransCanada even in the mountains although the signal cuts out if you don't have a line of sight to the south (i.e. near the base of a mountain)
-Always something to listen to with over 100+ stations with all genres of music, talk, sports, comedy, news and commercial free!
-Great for those long rides

Stand that clips into the car dash via air vents
Antenna
Cigarette lighter power adapter
Cassette adapter

Comments:
-One of the clips on the air vent stand is broken. However, clipping into the air vents is optional. The stand can be installed into the car in other ways. Anyways, new clips can be purchased on eBay.
-"Menu" and "Display" buttons on the Roady XT console stick a bit. The buttons still work but it can be annoying.

Requires activation which can be done online or by calling XM Canada. However, it is cheaper to activate it online by yourself.

Do you have the home kit as well?

Sorry, no home kit... But if you have a clear look to the south, I bet you could get away with using the normal console (w/o the home kit) in your house. Just a hunch though, so no guarantees.
