Apparently when you superimpose The Last Supper with its mirror image, you get two new figures, and one looks like it's holding a baby.

Pretty cool, but it would be neat if one could actually go to one of those sites to view the superimposed image. They're all still crashed!

Yup. Da Vinci knew that Photoshop would be invented some time in the future so that some tool could manipulate a painting digitally, then report that incoherent blobs that result are a hidden message.

Someone who is handy with photoshop should be able to put a picture up for us to check out. Just flip the image horizontally, make it translucent and set it on top of the original. I don't have Photoshop, and I can't seem to figure out how to overlay it translucently in Paint.

Yep looks like a whole lot of nothing to me.
But I do give credit to Leo for making the ceiling, doorways, and foreground so symetrical that the mirror-image overlaps nearly perfectly.

EDIT: Actually if you look at it for a bit it kind of, almost looks like in the left side of the picture Goldilocks (sorry, I'm no art historian) is looking at what could be a baby.

But only if you were looking for a baby does it look like a baby.

The dude in orange, fourth from the left, look like he is holding something in his arms. Couldn't say it was a baby, but I could be convinced he's cradling something.

Also, the girl to the right of Jesus looks like she is getting stabbed in the neck with some kind of dagger. I wonder if there could be any symbolism in that.

Looks like he has some guy in a head lock and about to give him a noogie. and the two guys on either side of Jesus look like they're about to give him double wet willies. Maybe Davinci was a big 3 stooges fan?

Yeah, that's what I saw too, the guy in orange seems to be cradling, maybe a baby.

The girl brings up another debate as the 12 disciples were all male. It's been conjectured that it is Mary Magdalene.

Here are both images. In the reversed image, the guy on the far left side appears to be a new figure. The second last person on the right also appears to be a different figure. The girl to the right of center appears to be cradling something.
