Anyone have a recommendation for an international phone card to Ecuador. Not looking to make more then 1-2 calls with it, so the more minutes the better.
hmm there are a few..I use one called freedom,but there are sometimes phonecards that give good rates to specific regions you may be able to get one that focuses on S. America.
