Seeking Advice: Four 23 year old Uni students hitting up NY.

Looking for some info on the Big Apple. Me and a few buddies are planning to take a 5 day trip at the end of summer, probably from August 31st until Sept 6, right before class starts.

Curious, is this a good/bad time to hit New York with the 9/11 attacks? Does anyone know of a package deal including hotel/flight for some youngsters?

And of course, what would you do in New York if you only had 5 days? We want to club, but we also want to take in as much sights as possible.

Well, definitely scour the streets of Brooklyn at nighttime with your buddies. You're looking for a good time, and so are the gangs roaming the neighbourhoods. It's a match made in Heaven. =)
