Grand Theft Auto Delayed

Rockstar has decided to delay the release date of GTA 4 till sometime between Feb 1 and April 30,2008.

The original release date was October 17

I was so looking forward to playing this in a few months.

At least they are taking the time to try and meet the pretty high expectations for the game. Since the first PS2 version it really set a new standard for games and was endless fun in a sadistic sort of way. So many other games now just don't offer much orginality or seem rushed, growing up a nintendo kid I expect quality and replayability that goes beyond eye candy...probably why I don't game nearly as much now.

So this means that the first decent PS3 game will come out well over year since the console's release? Nice going Sony. Mine is solely being used as a BlueRay player. On, and I play some PS1 games on it.

Me too, but instead it gives me enough time to play Halo 3 and NHL 08 until my eyes bleed..

yah. who knew it would be duke nukem taking forever!

i also think that gta 4 will have the entire market to itself. no halo 3, no half life 2, etc. i think this delay helps microsoft.
