Did anyone catch this last night? I thought Franken was hilarious. You never know what's deadpan humour versus thinly veiled disgust with him.

I am surprised Franken was actually on Miller's show. I am a big Dennis Miller fan, but missed it last night. I am sure he was beaming thanks to the Bush victory.

Why are you surprised? The two are friends and worked together for years on SNL.

I know they worked together, but I have heard Miller make comments about Franken's political views...basically wondering where he went wrong. I apologize for not having a source to back that up, but I am confident I heard that on his show. Of course that isn't likely to ruin a friendship, but it still surprised me a little bit.

Just as I'm sure Al wonders; as do I, what went wrong with DM.

He's a comedian, publicly ribbing another comedian who is a personal friend. I'd be surprised if he DIDN'T make a comment like that.
