Folks, to clarify this just a bit..... I believe what the GMs are asked to do is as follows:
If you have cap owed for the 2007-2008 Season... Send a "trade proposal" simiply select the 2006-2007 season for cap for this year. Please do not send it as a special transaction as this will create a crap load of work at the end of the season.
