Mother dumps baby in toilet

I am sure most of you have heard about this story about the mom who left her infant in a Walmart toilet. The police say they are still investigating and will decided if charges will be laid at the end of the investigation.

WHAT???

Why aren't charges laid now? Could you imagine what whould happen if that was the father of the child. He would still be in jail right now.

Good lord. Always a double standard with the law and women.
