Buying Jayman. Anyone used their Guaranteed sell?

Wife and I are thinking of getting a house by Jayman.
First of all anything anyone can talk to about them?
Second, we're seemingly being forced to go with their guaranteed sell service. This means the place we're selling is appraised by their people and we'd use their mortgage.
Anyone been down this route?

I don't own a Jayman but when looking at their showhomes in Copperfield a few months ago and I was very unimpressed. Seemed overpriced and the build quality didn't seem comparible to the old showhomes in Copperfield. For instance, one of the front doors was very hard to get latched and in the next one there was a huge gap where it closes on the weatherstripping. The sun was shining in and the door was just touching the edge of the stripping.

We bought with Jayman, but didn't have anything to sell....

However the service was awesome, we used their mortgage / lawyer services and got a great rate and had zero headaches to deal with... the whole thing went smooth.

I don't own a Jayman, but my dad works for them. I doubt I can find out much from him since he's a field technician out in the sites.

My first house was a Jayman and they did a pretty good job. I think you are going to have issues with any homebuilder but for the most part we were pretty happy with them.
