Captain Koivu comes through in OT!! With the Pens without their top scorer Jason Spezza, they looked to their captain to come through, and he did in a big way. Coach Lindy Ruff made the mistake of trying 3rd liner Mikael Samuelsson on the top line instead of team Captain Saku Koivu and the Pens were burned 5-0, with the Panthers leagues best top line scoring 3 times. Ruff did not make the same mistake twice, as he put the game on the captains stick. Koivu stepped up huge and buried the overtime winner and sent his Pens back to home ice with a chance to advance to the Finals. The next game is huge as the Pens do not want this series going to a seventh game on the leagues top teams home ice. On a huge positive note the Pens will have their superstar Jason Spezza back in the lineup for game 6.
