Beer Box Cowboy Hats

I was wondering if anyone out there has any instructions or knows how to make those cowboy hats that are made from empty beer cases. I have searched and searched and all I can find are people selling them on e-bay for up to $45 ( ) or trying to sell templates for like $15. If anyone has any info or has made one before and could tell me how it would be greatly appreciated!

Awesome, thanks for the help guys, I'll try to figure it out with the limited info in that link (Still better than what I have found).

If anyone else knows of any other sites or where to print off a template it would still be appreciated !
