that they have released Coach Jacque Martin of his duties.
After a disappointing season, Flames GM Axmann has requested that Martin be released from the club.
The Calgary Flames were considered to be contenders at the start of the season but failed to respond to Martin's guidance.
The Flames have retooled their whole team and are going through a bit of a youth movement, although changes will be coming this off season and we hope to field a very competitive team.
Who will be at the helm of this team will be decided in the near future.
We hope to have a coach in place by the draft.

Is there any way we can see a list of coaches that are available? I know a few teams have fired their coaches and most of the other coaches are set to have their contracts expire on 7/1. All I found was the old link that's stickied at the top of the forum.
