Default Last minute travel bookings

Does anyone know any good last-minute travel agencies? My girlfriend and I are looking to hop down to California around the 17th, but all the flight prices right now are outrageous. We are hoping that if we look in the couple of days before that, we might get a deal. I'm thinking we should find something given that our dates are flexible, but if not, we'll have to go with Plan B - drive to Seattle and back.

Thanks!

Not sure where you want to go to in California but I think Air Canada had sales to Sacremento.

Other than that it never hurts to call CP Travel agent extrodinaire Sample www.yellowheadtravel.com

This site takes the information and then gives you options for the best deals on several internet travel sites. Thursday night before game 5 in Detroit I was able to get airfare, hotel and car for two people at only $840.00 US for Friday - Sunday. For a last minute booking, that was a pretty good deal from LA to Detroit.

I doubt if you will get any last minute deals flying to anyplace in the USA other than Honolulu or Las Vegas. Now if it was Mexico, the Carribean, or some other resort destination where charter flights fly to... thats a different story.

Yeah, the long weekend is throwing a crimp into the plans. Unfortunately, it's the only time we have for a while. My gf wants to do some shopping in the USA, thus plan B (driving to Seattle) is looking like the best option.

Thanks for the links, I'm going to bookmark them for future use.
