Projector Mount Help

I figure the good people at CP might be able to help me out with this.

I need to hang a projector from the ceiling in our basement.

Ideas, suggestions on how to do this?

Make sure you screw into a joist.

For example, don't do what my wife did when she installed shelving in our closet. She didn't want my help, and was too lazy to use my stud finder. She used those drywall anchors, put up the shelving and put several hundred pounds of books on the shelves. I think one of my kids decided to do a little mountaineering on the shelves, and the result was deafening. I re-installed the shelves, but I threw out the drywall anchors and made damn sure I was screwing into the studs.
