Default NFL Draft Prediction Contest

With the NFL draft coming on Saturday, I thought it would be fun to do a little prediction contest. To make it simple, we'll limit the scope to the Top 10 picks.

The Rules: You get 4 points for every player whose draft position you correctly predict; you get 2 points if you miss a player's draft position by one spot (higher or lower)); and you get 1 point if you miss a player by two draft positions (again, higher or lower). Also, you get 2 bonus points for correctly predicting a trade (just the team, not the whole trade), but lose 1 point for incorrectly predicting a trade. You must make your picks by 10:00 am MST / noon EST on Saturday.

The Order (Top 10):

1. Houston
2. New Orleans
3. Tennessee
4. N.Y. Jets
5. Green Bay
6. San Francisco
7. Oakland
8. Buffalo
9. Detroit
10. Arizona

Americans shouldn't be allowed in this contest. They have way too much inside info.

Fascinating stuff so far...

Leinhart may fall all the way to Arizona at 10.

SOOOO happy that Hawk fell to Green Bay, and a stunning choice by Tennessee IMO...Young is a project at best.

I suspect that all Bronco fans either hate it or love it...no where in the middle.

Obviously this has Shanahans finger prints all over it, so I suspect that Plummers days are numbered to say the least....though not for another year.

Yikes, SWF was deadly accurate. I don't think I saw a single mock draft that was a close as he has. Good job.

I think ALL mock drafts went straight to hell on the first round...so many surprising picks.
And to see Jimmy Willams AND Winston Justice fall out of the first round...and MCARGO IN THE FIRST ROUND?!
Dear god, something it wrong here...

More shocking that Houston didn't take Justice with their 2nd round pick.

Somewhere, David Carr is crying.
