interesting tidbit on Canada's role in arms purchases
I saw a late night special on Dr Brian Harrison late last night and his role in stealing Russian high tech air to air missiles.
Did a search on him and saw that he was involved in Canada's attempt to purchase high speed russian torpedo's with the backing of the Canadian gov't. This torpedo later sank the Kursk.
