You guys have any info about this site? My girlfriend's thinking of picking up a car through this site to skip out on the fees which normally come with a brand new lease.

Legit?

def legit and used by a ton of people... just make sure to read any lease that you may take over.. alot of the leases on there are cars with way more miles than are left on the lease..

Hm, so is this really worth looking at? I don't like leases in general as I tend to own my cars for longer and look at the total cost rather than just the monthly payments. Would I be able to get a car for less total though this as opposed to a private sale?

if you are a long tem car buyer 5-7 years personally i reccomend to people that they buy new. that way you can keep the vehilce under warranty for teh most amount of time. Cars are getting more and more expensive to fix and less and less reliable so the long the manufacturer is paying the better for you.

I think the leasebuster is more for a person who just wants a car for a short period of time.. there are some deals to be had but as they say if the deal seems too good to be true...

What about extended warranties, ones that go after the manufacturer's warranty? They seem fairly reasonably priced, but I've always wondered if they're at all worthwhile.

I would watch out. Acura (honda canda finance) has this thing were they won't allow the person who actually transferring the lease to take there name of the lease. This means that if you take over the lease and never make a payment, he is liable. Most people don't check this and just assume it can be transferred.

I know because I was trying to transfer my Acura Lease and then I found this out and decided not to.
