Digital/Video Camera Help

Thought maybe someone out there could help me.

Seeing as we have to kids and we love to use our digital camera and never get to use our Video camera cause it is such a pain in the arse (tapes, batteries ect.). I was wondering if anyone knows of a video camera with a hard drive (min 30 GB) that can also take digtial pictures (min 5 MP)?
