Everyone relies too much on others. Nobody is self sufficient. People take things for granted in general.
And people who walk to slow and take up the entire sidewalk. Get out of the friggin way you hosers!

Working weekends and evenings... the fact that my job is cushy with lots of perks but I'm not satisfied. It's a dead end job, but it pays my bills and any job I might take that might satisfy me as a person probably won't pay my bills.

People that think their time is more valuable than others.
Example - a often stop by a little cafe for lunch, sometimes they get read busy and their are only two of them, so patience is necessary.
But there's this one middle age twit that comes in and instead of waiting in line to make his order he leans over the counter and quietly whispers his order to the counter girl - as if the rest of us don't notice. Why this guy thinks he is so darn special that he can't wait in line is beyond me.
Another example are people in rush hour that make dual turns where there aren't any. I come up 1st street and then cut down 6th to Centre. Its two lanes, one that goes straight and one to turn right on 6th. Usually the righ lane to turn is backed up quite far so you wait. But there's always one or two guys that go up the left lane and then turn right anyways.
Again - why is your time more valuable than mine?

People who use "I could care less". I guess you care a lot then, numbnuts. It's "COULDN'T".
"Leet speak" - don't be a r-tard, noob. The internets aren't filled with 15 year old boys anymore.
Fat girls who think they are hot because they have fat tits.
YOU'RE FAT! FAT ISN'T HOT!
People who ask you do do their work for them, and then pass it off as their own. I love catching people doing that.
Kids on planes. I would rather sit next to a chain smoker than a child.
Smokers. Smokers who turn patios into their smoking lounges because we booted them out of the indoors.
People who are rude to service industry employees. Why are you bitching out a pimple faced teen making 8 bucks an hour?
Everyone who makes any kind of noise in a movie theatre.
Upstairs neighbours who stomp, have running children, lift weights, scream, or enjoy loud music after midnight.
People who think they are smart, that aren't because everything they know came from TV. Read a book.

Ghost hunters who hire spiritualist mediums to help them in their investigations.
Expensive luxury watches that have no business being so expensive because the materials used to build them cost no more than $150
Lousy sushi joints like Sushi BBQ Inn who not only annoy you with bad service, but bad sushi.
Monkeys who attack by throwing stuff at you, but when you throw stuff back with deadly accuracy, you're considered evil.

For me it begins and ends with traffic.
I will drive out of my way, extra km's and extra time to avoid stop and go.

automated telephone systems where you have to keep pushing numbers and you never get to talk to a real person. sometimes your question can't be answered by a computer and you NEED to speak to a person. I know that you can often press "0", or "9", or "#" or some other key to get to an operator, but I've come across numerous cases where you can't do that and its friggin annoying!

The "it's somebody elses fault" mentality of todays society. Nobody is responsible for anything anymore. If I spill coffee on myself, I sue the coffee maker. If I rear-end somebody, it must have been a) brake failure. b) bad roads. c) person in front stopped too fast.
By the way, your child doesn't have ADD, ADHD, or any other disorder....he is an a-hole. Discipline him or shutup.
Wow, I feel better!

People who drive slow in the left lane on the highway. Even if you feel traffic is moving too fast. The traffic jam you cause makes some idiots take stupid chances jepardizing other peoples lives.
Lack of cell phone etiqete. That is really annoying.

I'm on the fence on this one. When I was Beijing, there are rules to the road but they're followed more like "guidelines". If you need to get somewhere then you are openly allowed to break the rules (within reason). It's kind of frightening at first, but there is method to the madness which allows millions of cars on the road flow relatively smooth.People seem to e a lot more courteous as well, for whatever reason. If you need to pass someone in oncoming trffic go ahead....put on your hazards and give 'er. People assumme you're in a rush for something so by all means, they'll get out of your way.

In no particluar order, poiticians, the Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canuck fans, US pop culture, George Bush (either), NHL referees, Colin Campbell, Gary Bettman, Mark Messier, liars, thieves, mainstream radio stations, pollution, and non-alchoholic beer. And that semi-hard plastic packaging that so many consumer goods come in that you can't open without a buck knife.

In a movie when the characters are eating - drives me absolutely crazy - I can't stand the sound of someone chewing!!!
Also agree with Jiri 100% - people who think they're time is more important than mine, and insist on driving like s.
edit: Crowded lineups at the top breaks!

Yes! Same thing in Rome. I used to be a hater that would freak out at exactly the thing Jiri described (wb 11th turning nb on 14th). Now I just don't care. It doesn't bother me at all. What bothers me are people that see that you're creeping up a little quickly and they pace you so that you can't get in front. Just mind your own business, buddy.
I live in shawnee and I use bannister road to get to mcleod nb. I also go to timmys in midnapore. Without fail, every time I'm in the left lane with intent to keep going straight, the goofball in the right lane paces me regardless of how fast they were going before I came along, just so that I can't get in front. Then when I go straight, they have to slam on the brakes so that they can make the turn. So busy worrying about me, they'll almost total their car. Idiots.
Like tron said, the other way of driving is just great. When you're just driving normally and someone tries to get in front, you just let em on in. What the hell do you care. Obviously he is going to go fast and therefore not hinder your progress. Do you really need to start driving fast everytime you see someone else do it?

I'm the same with traffic.
After a recent return back home to england, it has reiterated the fact that people here:
a) have no idea how to drive
b) are completely disrespectful to other drivers
c) completely lost on how to go on a round about
bah. i think it all comes down to poor driver training.

- Greedy people combined with people who have more money than brains, which over inflates a housing market so much that it makes it impossible for an average family to live in a city that they have lived in most of their lives.
- Canucks fans.
- Drivers that don't acknowledge that you purposely slowed down to let them cut in front of you.
- People that are successful at what they do more because of luck than effort or skill, but don't realize it.
- This friggen' headache that has been with me for 3 days now!

-People that all of a sudden become hockey fans around playoffs, just so they can hang out at the bars with the actual hockey fans, the ones that have been supporting to team all season and can actually name the players.
-The basic disregard people have for each other nowadays. Letting doors slam in peoples faces, not saying please and thank you. Things like that annoy me.
-Sportsnet Connected. It's really just bad. And they seem more content on appearing stylish instead of giving actual content. All the new ladies on the show were clearly not picked for their personalities or hosting abilities. And the voiceover girl seems like she thought these voiceovers were for a phone sex line or something.
-The people that don't pick up after their dogs. I have a dog and I pick up after it, I hate doing it, but it needs to be done. I can't stand walking my dog and having to wade through piles of crap everywhere.
-People who purposely take up two seats on the bus or train so they don't have to sit next to someone.
-People who phone you when they are bored and really have nothing to say. Or people that call you and then proceed to have conversations with the people that are there with them, leaving you to just sit and listen.
-Cell phones and people that answer them while you are there with them.
It actually feels good to say some of these things...

It all basically boils down toa lack of consideration by and for our fellow man. And it's true. There is a lack of consideration in a lot of ways.

#1 - Sneakers that come with laces that are twice as long as they need to be. And if you cut them down to where they are supposed to be you lose the wax tips for threading them through the eyelets.
#2 - People who have it really, really damn good complaining about stupid stuff like extra-long sneaker laces.
