Just noticed this new station is now on air in Calgary - no Djs yet, just music. I listened to it for about half an hour and I have to say I have no clue what the format is. The tagline is "its all about the music". But I can't tell what genre they are focusing on. Anyone else give this a try?

Man Calgary FM radio is poor every station starts great than they fall into the same mold of all the other regardless of type of music they play, I hope to god this one is different but it won’t be, the fact the in a city of Million people we don’t have a radio station to cover all types of music is a real shame

Calgary radio sucks! The last good station was am 106! I think "X" is probably the best right now, but who knows what will happen in the future

I can't stand Calgary radio statios, there are so many commercials. Since the girlfriend and myself constantly have the radio on it seems, we decided to invest in XM radio. I absolutely love it, no commercials and a lot more to pick from. I don't think I can ever switch back to listening to Calgary radio again

Stupid radio station - that was the frequency I was using for my XM radio. Imagine my surprise when all this crap music is playing instead of the channel I had XM on...

why can't anyone in this city make a good radio station? for crying outloud...it's got to be one of the easiest jobs in the world being a program director. How many top 40 stations do they think this city needs?

If all 4 of these new radio stations are c jay rip offs i'll be getting XM.

I am a big Nickelback fan, so I don't mind to hear them on the radio every now and then- same with Tragically Hip, Our lady Peace etc... but it's nice to hear some different stuff.

Hopefully these new radio stations can keep being different.

I'm a huge fan of X FM.... Any station that has a no nickleback guarantee! And plays Tool Sober!!! SWEET!
