Default Calgary Gets The Junos

I can't wait to see Ben Mulroney doing his best Ryan Secrest impression on the 'Red Carpet'.

Somewhat exciting though, good for the growing music scene in Calgary.

Ben Mulroney acted like a 13 year old girl last time i saw him on some sort of red carpet. it was embarrasing. he was giggling, falling over, it was just plain lame.

Kind of exciting. But not exciting enough to make me watch it however.

Why the hell is Ben Mulrooney on TV?

I'll watch this for Nelly Furtado...

The Junos would be relevent if they actually awarded acts from the thriving and very talented Canadian music scene. Instead they give awards to crap bands like Nickelback and Canadian Idol winners.

The gala night would be hosted @ the Dome, the dinners and such @ the RoundUp Centre, the Juno Cup hockey game maybe @ the Corral.

Pass. An annual celebration of Canadian content regulations does not make the content more palatable.

Nelly is hosting the Junos this year, next year it will be someone new.

It's coming to my town this year and I couldn't give a **** less. I wouldn't be suprised if Nelly flew in, did the awards, and flew out

But I made a road trip to Regina this weekend, sure made me appreciate Saskatoon a whole lot more
