Sens Sneak By Jets to Split Home and Home!

The Ottawa Senators scored 2 quick power play goals early in the 3rd period to go up 4-2, the Jets could only find the twine one more time and the Sens win 4-3.

After a great game yesturday, Mike Ribeiro was no where to be found, and the Jets got goals from Denis Arkhipov, Bruno Gervais, and brace yourself...Jamie Lundmark (if only he could score in an NHL game). Johan Hedberg was busier than last nights game but gave up 4 goals on 31 shots.

Sami Kapanen missed tonights game and will probably miss at least 2 more, and Bryce Salvador will miss a week or 2 after being injured tonight.

Thrashers win a game they probably deserved to lose(been on the other side of that this year too though!)

Steve Sullivan lead the way with 4 points and Peter Forsberg had 2 points in his last game as a Thrasher.

Burnaby Joe gets the tieing goal with 15 seconds left to salvage a point. New guys wise - Kovalev with 3 helpers and Cheech with one point. Not a bad start.
