I couldn't get the video to work (can't say I am all that bothered by that though) but am I right and it's basically a bag strapped to your dogs butt?

I don't think my dog would go for that.

Yeah it's a bag strapped to your dog's butt and it collects the poop that's stuck to it's butt. It's a pretty big bag..my dog would not like that at all, he'd try to pull it off.

Yup, that's basically it. The dog does his business, and as he is doing it, the bag expands to fill his poop. The owner then dislodges the bag from the dog's anus and seals up the poop bag.
