Minor Shakeup in Minny
The Minnesota Wild are pleased to announce the acquisition of Danius Zubrus.
Zubrus arrives to the Wild along with a 2nd round pick in exchange for Mike Richards and Alex Bourret.
In addition the club also announced that forward Hank Zetterberg has been converted to a blueliner starting tomorrow against the Islanders.
GM Farhall commented.
"Zubrus is a good player that is signed for 3 years, which we like and we think he can add something to our 2nd line. It also allows us to move Zetts to the back end. We've been experimenting with him in practice back there and he looks great."
