The Thrashers and Nords made a minor deal on Sunday.

To Nords:

W - Trent Whitfield
1.44 M 2006-2007

To Thrashers:

Prospect Steve Mason (Goaltender)
1.50 M 2007-2008

Injuries have forced the Nords to make a deal. Trent Whitfield is a step in the right direction for the Nords, and will help fill out the roster once Bonk and Vorobiev return.
