Screwed by Futureshop/Bestbuy again!
Damit, They had 80 Wii's in stock, I go to order really fast, and then boom! Please verify a previous order number... wtf I just ordered from them like a month ago, so I check a previous order put it in... doesn't work.
Somehow I get around that to finish my order only to have the item out of stock.. Noooooooooo
I hate you FS/BB with a furious passion!

Spitfire, I'm not sure if you have been trying this, but you might have some luck stopping by EB Games stores now and then and checking with staff memebers, as they seem to be getting stock now and then, but don't seem to be advertising. When I was ni Calgary over Christmas, i got lucky and stopped by the EB in Southcentre Mall, and they had a couple at that time (Dec. 27/06).
This assumes you haven't already paid FS or Best Buy

Superstore and Wlmart both had them in stock yesterday. I got mine at around 11:45. I saw 3 of them walk out of Walmart at around 3pm.
No controllers at either of those places, though.
I know what you mean about online. I decided to try the Check4Change today. It triggered once and the controller was gone in less than 30 seconds.

I ordered them from the online store on Nintendo.com. They were back ordered on Friday (the day I ordered) but were in stock and shipped today.
This is probably your best bet for controllers right now. Everywhere in the city seems to be sold out, and people who get wii's usually clear out the shipments of controllers with them.

There are no remotes there either, but there are Nunchuks.
It says the Wii Remotes are expected Jan.29
But thanks for the help, I'll keep looking. Another remote isn't a must-have, but it would be nice.

You are amazing!!! I've been looking for a nunchuk for so long! I got up late for the pre release and by the time i got to Toys r us they only had the remotes left.
Has anyone tried wario ware yet?
