Default Santa Tracking

Kinda fun, especially if you have kids. Check out:

http://www.noradsanta.org/en/map/index.php

I called the toll-free number for the kids I work with, people actually answering the phone. According to them "Santa will be flying over Calgary at appoximately 10:00pm, but he will only stop at your house if all the children are asleep."

Get your kids to call, and watch Santa on the live tracker.

From the site.

"The fourth detection system we use is the NORAD jet fighter. Canadian NORAD fighter pilots, flying the CF-18, take off out of Newfoundland to intercept and welcome Santa to North America. Then at numerous locations in Canada other CF-18 fighter pilots escort Santa. While in the United States, American NORAD fighter pilots in either the F-15 or F-16 get the thrill of flying with Santa and the famous Reindeer Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph. About a dozen NORAD fighters in Canada and the United States are equipped with Santa Cams."

Was about to say... if your old enough to understand that, well, your probably old enough to understand how real Santa is.

Millitary budget at work there folks. Kinda cute but somehow a little disappointing when you think about it for a while.
