Default Downtown parking
For those of you who work downtown and are paying disgusting rates for parking (ie $350-ish), I will have a parking stall available starting Jan 1. It is heated underground and is located at 10th Ave and 1st Street SW (Bromley Square).

Bankers Hall is three blocks away and PetroCan centre is just 5 blocks away to give you an idea of how convenient this spot is. I would park here if I had a bloody vehicle!

Rate is $220/month - PM if interested!

Bump

Cheaper now at $185/mnth. Downtown/heated/secure parking for that is an absolute steal! I also forgot to mention originally how close this is to the Saddledome to boot.

If that spot wasn't on the opposite end of downtown, I would be all over it. $185 is a steal these days.

I'm SO tempted...also a tad far, but the walk would be a good thing. Plus, I spend a lot of my time outside of the office @ clients all around the city

Another bump for a great deal - someone better bite on this, and I'm surprised no one has..

I work right off the C-train tracks so I just spend $70 on a monthly pass.

Drive to the park and ride, hop on the train and i'm there. Very simple
