NFL refs
Who do you like?
I personally think Mike Carey is the best...followed closely be Ed Hocculi (or however you spell his name).
Dumb topic?

Those are both the most recognizable, and TV friendly..I guess that goes hand in hand.

I don't think it really matters when you are watching on tv. Or watching in the stadium for that matter.

I like any set of refs in any sport whom you hardly notice as they don't interfere with the game. So it's likely somebody who never gets noticed as that's just what I like in an official.

True, but in the NFL I like it when the guys explain the calls they are making...the more complex calls. Hocculi especially does a great job of that.
I just find Carey and his crew to rarely miss or mess up a call.
