Wondering if anyone can give me some feedback on this thing. Mainly how the Windows mobile 5.0 is...Im generally not a fan of MS. What problems have people had? Good experiences also would be helpful...

Thanks!

Ive had one for about a year. Also used to sell the things. Initially there were a lot of bugs, but those have been fixed with recent updates. This thing is everything it is cracked up to be. Great PDA with extremely small size and the telephone on it is amazing. Well ahead of its time (when it came out a year ago).

The major drawbacks are it does not have wifi and the battery life is terrible.

Keep in mind, this thing has been out for about a year, it is on the verge of being outdated.

Yea it's only 100 bucks or so...but whatever Im not into needing the latest and greatest. The battery life is horrible as in...less than 1 day of use? As long as it makes it through a business day i can charge it at night. I just read I have 30 days or something to return it for another telus phone if i dont like it, so it's pretty much risk free, as I'll be getting a new phone of some sort anyways.

Thanks again for the info.

Battery life depends on how much you use the phone. It does come with an extended battery though that lasts me almost 2 days, but I dont talk that much. If you buy the special charger you could charge both batteries nad carry them with you just in case.... or keep one at work...

also it may sound risk free, but for 100 bucks you are probably signing a 3 year. As for the return if you sign on to a data device you might be only able to switch to other data devices, I would inquire about this prior to purchase.
