Default useful links

Useful links:

Did a quick search for this suggestion, wouldn't be surprised if it was a fata though.

Have the mods ever considered adding a 'useful links' page to calgarypuck? Pages that jump immediately to mind are sportsclubstats.com, nhlnumbers, com, flames.nhl.com of course, other sites that people find could be considered for addition. I know that most people build bookmarks lists etc. But I know I access CP from about a dozen different places and it would be nice to have quick access to those links.

thanks.

Yeah, this is something we could probably put into the front page! Any other links you have?

ummm... maybe battleofalberta.blogspot.ca
nhllogos.blogspot.com
hockeybuzz.com maybe?

it might promote trolling, but some links to some of the better team forums? letsgowings, oilfans, etc.

I dunno, I'm sure there are a bunch more that I'm missing, throw up a sticky asking for people's suggestions and you'll probably get a ton of good ones.

The day CP starts supporting that flake is the day I delete my bookmark to this site.

I knew i was gonna get flamed for the hockeybuzz thing... I actually like it as a blog-clearinghouse. I don't read eklund because I find trade speculation boring and pointless, but being able to go to one site to read blogs from all the various teams I find a good way to keep up with what's going on.

The Bruins guy, in particular is effing hilarious. Might be the best guy writing about hockey right now.
