That's pretty strange. So did these facilities/equipment exist in the first place, or were they actually stolen (smuggled, misplaced, etc.). If they DID exist and WERE stolen... seems like that's a pretty big ball to drop.
Seems equally likely that these facilities were claimed to exist initially to back up the notion that Saddam had or was in the process of having nuclear arms made.
Though the story talks about satellite shots, so obviously there was _something_ there.
