Default Free Calf- Go Lions!

The thread title says it all. Calf risked it all as a show of support to the Stampeders, and the Stamps let him down. Now he is sufferring a fate that some would consider worse than death; having to bear the shame and indignity that is showing the Saskatchewan Roughriders colours.

As a show of support for our fallen brother, I have made changes to my signature and avatar; in the hopes that others will join the crusade to help free our beloved Calf.

You might be asking yourself "what can I do; I'm only one person." Well, as our numbers grow we will find strength and comfort in those numbers. And maybe, just maybe, Calf will catch a glimpse of us showing our support; and maybe; just maybe that will be enough to help ease his suffering and show as a reminder to those who oppressed him that we will not tolerate such injustice!

If you have the means, please change your signature or avatar to show support for Calf and the BC Lions; so that the mightly Lions can demolish those who put Calf in this position in the first place.

Go Lions Go!

Please note, this thread is intended to be fun and in the spirit of sportmanship, so please let's keep it fun.

(edit: wee bit of excessive white space, isn't there?)

Anybody is free to use any of my images for the cause.

And because I'm at work I can't see my sig. Thanks Bobblehead, I'll clean it up tonight at home.

Hee hee hee! Hillarious ken!

I actually kind of feel bad for the little guy... hey, I'm a Rider fan, I'm use to the heartbreak.

Plus, the longer the Riders stay in the playoffs, the longer calf has to sport the green and white. And when the Riders win the Grey Cup, it stays up for a week after.

With that said, woot woot! Go Riders! Win the Cup baby!!!!

Mr. Glass will crumble yet again when it comes to crunch time. I can see the Riders winning the Cup. It's the CFL. You don't have to be a good team to win it. hehe.

I hate the Riders.

Thanks for the support guys - I wish I could post more & show off my lovely Avy and Sig more, but I've been too busy out here in the "real world".

Go Lions!

Your posts have never looked better calf...

Having worked in a CA firm myself (in the 'risk/IT' group), I can feel your pain of being busy in the real world...

I am pleased to report that our efforts to free Calf were successful. Good Job BC!

Calf, you do know the game is over right? You can change your sig anytime now.

thanks for the support, guys!

I put up the avatar/sig on Monday, so to honour my bet of 1 week, I'll take it down then.

Good times, RMS - misery loves company!
