anyone been to cuba(varadero)?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone out there has been to varadero cuba? Me and 5 friends are going in april and we're looking for some advice on where to stay. We're looking for a total party place with no kids. Any thoughts?

myself and 11 friends went the summer after we graduated highschool in 2005... i belive the resort was called Villa Cuba, but dont mark my words, and yes it was in Varadero. At the time we were only 17-18 and there was really only 2-3 other people that we met on our resort that were around that age. All in all we had a blast and we drank a tonne, also check out (i think it's called) the bomba room one night. pretty fun night club only about 1 km away from the hotel.

Varadero area is fantastic...I suggest talking to our own Sample00 for locations. Most resorts there are excellent. You will love the beach.
I was at Sandals Royal Hicacos, but its probably not whqat you are looking for.
Breezes resorts might be what you need.

I've been to Breezes Jibacoa, but it isn't really a party place. It is ocated about half way between Veradero and Havana and is the only resort there, so not really a party place (although it was perfect for my honeymoon, and I would go back in a second).

done Breezes Varadero a few times. Love it.. Great staff. If you golf. the course is basically right there.
